Black Trader is looking for a motivated HR Coordinator Intern with prior internship experience in Human Resources. The candidate will support day-to-day HR activities including recruitment coordination, employee engagement, documentation, and HR operations.
This role is based in India (Coimbatore) and is open to candidates with 0–1 year of experience. Employment Type: Full-time Internship | On-site.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Support onboarding and employee documentation process.
- Maintain employee records and HR data.
- Assist in job posting and candidate communication.
- Coordinate with candidates for interview scheduling and follow-ups.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication.
- Assist in maintaining HR reports and trackers.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Must have prior internship experience in HR.
- Basic understanding of HR processes and the recruitment cycle.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
