This role is open to candidates across India & Dubai with 0 to 3+ years of experience. Freshers are welcome to apply. Employment Type: Full-time | On-site.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients through research, LinkedIn, email outreach, and other channels.
- Initiate communication with prospects and understand business requirements.
- Present company services professionally and clearly.
- Maintain and update lead details using CRM tools.
- Support proposal preparation and business presentations.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain client relationships.
- Work towards achieving assigned lead generation and sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for deal closure.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
- 0 – 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Lead Generation (Freshers can apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in client interaction and business growth.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Knowledge of financial markets or fintech industry is an added advantage.
